Not necessarily. We document everything and build for maintainability. For no-code automation tools like Make or n8n, a non-technical team member can manage day-to-day operations after a short handover session.
We are model-agnostic and work with OpenAI (GPT-4o, o1), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Mistral and open-source models. We recommend based on cost, capability and data privacy requirements for your specific use case.
We design with data minimisation in mind. For sensitive data we use private deployment options or on-premise models. We will always discuss the privacy implications before choosing a model or platform.
