Common questions.

• How is this different from a traditional consulting agency?+

  We are practitioners first. Every person advising you has built, shipped and iterated on real products — you can see the work in our portfolio. We will tell you when something will not work, even if it is not what you want to hear.

• Do you offer a fixed-price audit?+

  Yes. Technical Audit is a fixed-price engagement with a defined output: code quality, performance, security posture and a prioritised remediation list. Get in touch with the specific area you want audited and we will quote within 48 hours.

• What does the maintenance plan cover?+

  Monthly Maintenance comes in three plans, from €299/mo. All of them cover dependency and security updates, uptime checks, performance monitoring and a status report. What scales is the included bug-fix time — 2, 6 or 18 hours a month — plus offsite backups, content updates, a staging environment and how fast we respond, down to a 4-hour SLA on the top plan. Larger changes are scoped and quoted separately, and hosting and domain fees are never included.

• Can I follow my plan in the client portal?+

  Yes. Every maintenance client gets a login to the client portal, where the plan sits next to your projects: whether it is active, the date it next renews and how many days are left, and the full list of what your plan covers. A timeline shows the paid period at a glance, so a renewal never arrives as a surprise.

• Can you work with our board or investors as well as our technical team?+

  Yes. We are comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders and translating between business requirements and technical reality in both directions. Tell us who is in the room and we will pitch it accordingly.

• Is everything listed above included in the fixed-price packages?+

  No — the deliverables above describe a custom project, where we scope the work around your goals and the design, build and revision rounds follow what the project actually needs. A package is a deliberately narrower slice of the same craft: defined scope, a set number of revision rounds and a fixed timeline, which is what lets us fix the price. Every package page lists exactly what it includes. Most of our work is custom — that’s where you get the deeper process and decisions made specifically for you.
