Common questions.

• Which hosting providers do you work with?+

  We work with Vercel (best for Next.js), Cloudflare Pages, DigitalOcean, AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront) and bare-metal VPS. We recommend based on your budget, traffic expectations and technical requirements — not preference.

• Do you manage hosting on an ongoing basis?+

  We can. Ongoing hosting management is available as part of a monthly plan — covering updates, monitoring and incident response. Alternatively, we configure everything, hand it over cleanly and you manage it from that point.

• Can you migrate our existing site to new hosting?+

  Yes. We handle the full migration: export, import, DNS cutover, SSL and a parallel-run period to ensure nothing breaks before the old server goes dark.

• What about database hosting and backups?+

  Database hosting, automated backups and point-in-time recovery are included in the infrastructure setup for projects that need it. We use managed database services (PlanetScale, Supabase, RDS) or configure backups on self-managed instances.

• Is everything listed above included in the fixed-price packages?+

  No — the deliverables above describe a custom project, where we scope the work around your goals and the design, build and revision rounds follow what the project actually needs. A package is a deliberately narrower slice of the same craft: defined scope, a set number of revision rounds and a fixed timeline, which is what lets us fix the price. Every package page lists exactly what it includes. Most of our work is custom — that’s where you get the deeper process and decisions made specifically for you.
