Common questions.
Packages are fixed-scope, fixed-price deliverables — you know exactly what you get and when. Custom projects are for requirements that are too specific, too complex, or simply don't fit a predefined scope. We scope them together before any work starts.
Yes. Many clients combine a branding package with a website package, for example. When you order more than one package in the same project, we can often reduce the combined price — contact us to discuss.
Packages require 50% upfront to confirm the start date, 50% on delivery. We invoice via bank transfer or Stripe.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds listed in the package details. Changes beyond that are quoted separately. For ongoing work we offer monthly retainer arrangements.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Romanian VAT (21%) applies to clients based in Romania. EU business clients with a valid VAT number are invoiced reverse-charge.
We typically have a start slot within 1–2 weeks of payment confirmation. Packages marked "Fast" can often be completed within days of kickoff.
