Clinic appointments, in the calendar your team already opens.

ClickMed holds the schedule; Google Calendar is where your practitioners actually look. We sync the two, both ways, so neither one is ever the stale copy.

A clinic that runs on ClickMed and a team that runs on Google Calendar is two schedules and one steady source of double bookings. That is not a discipline problem, it is an API one. We connect ClickMed to whichever calendar your practice already lives in — Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or anything that speaks CalDAV — map each practitioner to their own, and keep bookings, reschedules and cancellations moving in both directions. What a sync can carry depends on what your ClickMed plan exposes, so the first thing we do is check the account rather than promise you a field list.

What we connect

01

Two-way appointment sync

A booking made in ClickMed appears in the calendar, and time blocked in the calendar stops ClickMed offering it.

02

Per-practitioner calendars

Each doctor mapped to their own calendar, so nobody scrolls a clinic-wide feed to find their own day.

03

Reschedules and cancellations

Changes propagate instead of leaving an orphan event behind — the failure that makes a team stop trusting a sync.

04

Booking from your own site

A form on your website that writes the appointment into ClickMed, rather than into an inbox someone has to retype.

Why us for ClickMed

  • One schedule, whichever of the two systems you happen to open
  • Per-practitioner mapping rather than one shared clinic calendar
  • Cancellations and reschedules carried both ways, not only new bookings
  • Retries and failure notifications, so a broken sync is never silent
  • Only the patient data you approve ever reaches the calendar
