ClickMed Integration connects your clinic's ClickMed account to the calendar your practitioners actually open — Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or anything that speaks CalDAV — so an appointment exists once instead of in two places that disagree.

The sync runs both ways: bookings made in ClickMed appear in the calendar, time blocked in the calendar stops ClickMed offering it, and reschedules and cancellations carry across rather than leaving orphaned events behind. Each practitioner is mapped to their own calendar, the field mapping is yours to approve so no more patient data reaches the calendar than you want there, and a failed sync retries and then tells someone instead of going quiet.
