• What does a Shopware store cost?+

  Our Shopware Store package is a fixed price for Shopware 6 Community Edition set up on your server: theme customised to your brand, up to 50 products, PayPal and Mollie, shipping and EU VAT. Hosting and any paid Shopware plan or extension come on top and are paid directly to the provider; larger catalogues, custom plugins and migrations are quoted separately.

• Do I need a certified Shopware partner?+

  Not to run a Community Edition shop well. We are an independent agency, not a Shopware-certified partner — what we bring is the setup, theme, integration and migration work itself. Where something can only come from Shopware or one of its certified partners, we tell you before the work starts.

• Can you migrate my shop to Shopware 6?+

  Yes. We move shops from Shopware 5, WooCommerce, Magento and Shopify to Shopware 6, carrying products, customers and orders across and redirecting every old URL so the rankings you already have follow you.

• Can you develop a custom Shopware plugin?+

  Yes. When the Shopware Store has nothing that fits, or the extension that exists does far more than you need, we write a plugin for your shop: a price rule, an ERP sync, an extra checkout step. It is built on Shopware 6's plugin system, so it sits beside the core instead of editing it and updates do not wipe it out.

• Do you look after Shopware updates after launch?+

  Yes. Shopware 6 ships updates regularly, and every plugin in the shop has to keep up with them. We apply core and plugin updates on a staging copy first, check the checkout, then update the live shop, as part of our website maintenance service.

• Is it worth moving from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6?+

  If you are still on Shopware 5, yes: it no longer receives security updates. Shopware 6 is a rebuild rather than an upgrade, so themes and plugins do not carry over. We treat it as a migration, with data moved, the theme rebuilt, the plugins you rely on replaced or rewritten and every old URL redirected.
