• Is MerchantPro the right fit for my shop?+

  It suits a Romanian shop that wants to sell quickly without running infrastructure, and that is happy inside a platform's rules. If your catalogue, checkout or content model needs something genuinely bespoke, a WooCommerce or headless build gives you more room — we will say so rather than sell you the quicker option.

• Can you move my existing shop to MerchantPro?+

  Yes. Products, customers and orders move across, and we keep the old URLs redirecting so the SEO you have already paid for follows you.

• What happens when MerchantPro cannot do something?+

  Most gaps close through its API or a third-party service rather than a workaround inside the theme. Where a limit is genuinely structural we tell you before the work starts, not after.

• Can you connect MerchantPro to my ERP or stock software?+

  Yes, over the MerchantPro API: products, stock, prices and orders stay in sync with the system that holds them, so nobody retypes an order by hand. Where a ready-made connector already does the job, we use it rather than build a second one.

• Do you have a fixed-price package for a MerchantPro store?+

  Yes. If you need a MerchantPro store with a customised template, your first products imported and payments, couriers and invoicing configured, the fixed-price MerchantPro Store package covers it. The MerchantPro subscription is paid directly to the platform; larger catalogues and API integrations are quoted separately.

• Do you look after a MerchantPro store after launch?+

  Yes. The platform handles hosting and updates, so what we watch is your side of it: template changes, new integrations, and courier or invoicing connections that stop syncing. We do it as one-off jobs or on a monthly plan, through our website maintenance service.
