Salon owners were juggling staff schedules, client history and marketing outreach across separate paper diaries and spreadsheets, with no single view of who was booked in, or who to re-target with a promotion.
The solution
We built one admin panel covering live scheduling, a searchable client CRM with purchase history, and audience segmentation (by visit count, last visit, age, gender) feeding directly into email/SMS/push campaigns.
