New website and booking app for Everest medical clinic, built on Clinic OS Custom — headless Next.js frontend, online appointments around the clock, SMS reminders before every visit, an admin calendar for the whole team, and every ranking URL carried over from the old site.

The challenge

The clinic ran on an old PHP CMS with no way to book online — every appointment came in by phone. The site also held Google sitelinks for its prices, contact, doctor and condition pages, so a new site that changed a single URL or link label risked losing searches the clinic had already won.

The solution

We rebuilt it in Next.js on its own database. Patients book any doctor’s free slots as a guest, signed in, or by creating an account mid-booking, and the team runs everything from an admin calendar built for several doctors, services and admins — opening hours, prices and doctor profiles included. Each appointment sends an SMS confirmation, a reminder the day before and a rating request after the visit, and patients give their data-protection consent online or on a tablet at reception. Every live URL and link label was mapped and kept, so the sitelinks carried over.

The results

online booking, where before there was only the phone
100

3
