Case-count dashboards were everywhere during the pandemic, but none showed how public mood — optimism, distress, escalation — was actually shifting alongside the numbers.
The solution
We built a public dashboard combining live case data with an NLP-driven sentiment index — a circumplex mood chart, trending "social energies," and an optimism/pessimism timeline — all rendered in Highcharts and updated continuously.
